Member of design team and program planning facilitator to create a new headquarters for Product Genesis—1-mile from Massachusetts Institute of Technology—essential for a firm that immerged from the MIT Innovation Center in 1986. Product Genesis is an industrial design/innovation product engineering group working with Global 1000 clients.

The project required extensive involvement by the founder and senior product designers to translate the product development cycle from client acquisition, to white-space envisioning, to conceptual prototyping, and technical R&D delivery into a new headquarters. The result was a the complete transformation of an existing 30Ksf, 4-story building to house executive offices, conference rooms, library, reception area, R&D studios including machine, electrical, and modeling shops.
