Member of the design team and facilitator of visioning sessions with campus community to develop program plan for the $9 million, 70,000 s.f. renovations and addition to the Sarratt Student Center. Rossi’s focus group workshops with students, faculty and staff — along with open public forums helped advance a completely stalled project. The process served to catalyze the campus community to proceed with the project in a productive and cooperative way.  Issues were identified and the limitations of the underused existing facility were documented. Space programming objectives were identified for a revitalized Sarratt Student Center that houses the main dining hall, bookstore, mail room, cinema, pub, study and meeting rooms, administrative offices, and fifty student organizations.
